For Applicants Seeking Degree Status
Application for First-Time Enrollees
To apply for admission at the degree level to a graduate program on the Ann Arbor campus. Individuals applying for a Rackham departmental non-candidate for degree (NCFD) must contact the graduate program for policies and procedures. Not all programs offer this option.

- Letter of Recommendation form
- Affidavit of Financial Support for International Students
- For Fall applicants, Rackham will send the Affidavit of Financial Support for International Students at the time the admission is finalized.
- For Applicants to Winter, Spring, Spring-Summer and Summer terms, the link to the Affidavit of Financial Support for International Students will be provided when you receive the acknowledgement e-mail that confirms Rackham received your application.

Ann Arbor Guest Application
For students currently enrolled in the Graduate School on the Dearborn or Flint campuses to apply to enroll in a graduate course on the Ann Arbor campus.
Committee on Institutional Cooperation (CIC) Traveling Scholar Application
To apply for permission to take courses at a Big 10 University or the University of Chicago.
Dearborn Guest Application
For students enrolled in the Graduate School on the Ann Arbor or Flint campuses to apply to enroll in a course on the Dearborn campus.
Flint Guest Application
For students enrolled in the Graduate School on the Ann Arbor or Dearborn campuses to apply to enroll in a course on the Flint campus.
Michigan Intercollegiate Graduate Studies (MIGS) Program
To apply for permission to take courses in another graduate school at another participating university in the State of Michigan.
Spring or Summer Guest
To apply for admission as a spring or summer semester guest student to one of only three program choices.
Rackham Unclassified Non-Candidate for Degree (NCFD)
To apply for admission to take one or two courses as a non-candidate for degree in order to enhance overall academic and professional capabilities
