Graduate program specific requirements and deadlines can be accessed by navigating to our Programs of Study section. Once you have located the graduate program in which you are interested, you will have access to general contact information, admission requirements, faculty, degree programs, and courses offered. More detailed information about the graduate program itself can be obtained by clicking on the Program of Study's web page link on the respective graduate program page.
GRE, GMAT, and MCAT
Most graduate programs require Graduate Record Examination (GRE) scores. A few graduate programs require Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT) scores. GRE and GMAT score minimums are established by each graduate program. Graduate program specific requirements and deadlines can be accessed by navigating to our Programs of Study section.
To register for the GRE or to request that your scores be sent to the Rackham Graduate School, go to the Educational Testing Services website. Our institution code for the GRE is: 1839.
Effective January 1, 2006
To register for the GMAT or to request that your scores be sent, go to the Pearson-Vue website. The institution code is: SN1-J6-77. To request scores for a GMAT taken before January 1, 2006, visit the Educational Testing Services website and use institutional code 1867.

All credentials submitted for admission consideration become the property of the University of Michigan and will not be returned in original or copy form.
Application Deadline Dates
If the graduate program's application deadline date has passed, or if you submit an application with the application fee and the graduate program will not accept or review your application, the application fee will not be refunded.
